POLICIES


Booking

A card on file is required in order to book an appointment.  You will not be charged until the day of your appointment.

Cancellations 

48 hour cancellation policy. If you cancel or reschedule a cosmetic tattoo or Fine Line Tattoo service with less than a 48 hour notice, you will be charged a $100 fee.  If you no show for your appointment you will be charged the full service price.
Lateness

Things happen!  Please contact me as soon as possible and I will do my best to accommodate you.   However, if you are more that 10 minutes late to any service, I reserve the right to treat it as a no show, therefore the fee will apply.  

No Call/No Shows

To accommodate the time I had scheduled out of my day for your service, you may owe 100% of the missed service cost.

Touch Ups

Touch up appointments for cosmetic tattoo services are typically necessary. If you fail to book your touch up within 12 weeks of your initial session, you will forfeit the touch up cost and be charged an annual touch up service cost.

Fine Line Tattoo touch ups are not required, however it is not un-common to need one.  Touch ups will require the additional listed fee.

Guests

Please limit guests to two people.  ALL guests MUST be 18 or older.

Inclement Weather

If either Franklin or Licking County are under a level 2 or higher snow emergency, the studio will be closed and you will be contacted to have your appointment rescheduled. 

Previous work

If you have previous work from another artist, you MUST send clear pictures of the work before your appointment. Showing up to your appointment without disclosing previous work and without approval may result in the inability to complete the service and the cancellation fee will apply.

Design Changes for Fine Line Tattoos

If you submit and book a design for a fine line tattoo but then decide to change your design, please resubmit a request form.  You will likely be able to keep your current time slot, time permitting, but I will need the new design for my records.  I am unable to make edits to your design after 24 hours prior to your appointment.  If this happens you will have to be rescheduled and it will be treated as a same day cancellation, therefore the cancellation policy will take effect.  

 

These policies are non-negotiable and apply equally to everyone.
